50 YEARS OF FRENCH DESIGN
1930-1980

Magen H Gallery is pleased to present "50 Years of French Design" which will be on view from September 25 to October 18, 2019.

"50 Years of French Design" guides you through five pivotal decades of furniture design in France from the 1930s through the 1980s. Featuring pieces by renowned designers as André Sornay, Jacques Adnet, Jean Royère and Pierre Chapo, the exhibition aims to give you a glimpse into the monumental decades that shaped French design today. From pre-war avant-garde forms to the post-war modern designs, "50 Years of French Design" combines history and design for a cohesive exploration of mid-century French furniture.
